Growing in Faith, Hope, and Love

Church School Registration Form

We have an awesome year planned! Our focus during the 2017-2018 Church School Year is SCRIPTURE. We will be diving into the Bible to learn about God’s word.

At the end of the year the children will have a special presentation to showcase all they have learned throughout the year.

Each class will have their own theme, as seen below.

I look forward to another exciting year!

Yours in Christ’s service,
Matushka Holly Parnell, Director of Religious Education

A Gospel for All

As many of you know we have, for nearly 3 years now  at All Saints (since October 2014), served Daily Vespers (Evening Prayer) on Wednesday nights, followed by an Adult Discussion group.
At this point we've been through:
The Prison Epistles: Philippians, Ephesians, Colossians, Philemon, by Fr. Lawrence Farley
Acts of the Apostles - Bible Study
Book of Genesis - Bible Study
Acquiring the Mind of Christ: Embracing the Vision of the Orthodox Church, by Archm. Sergius (of St. Tikhon's Monastery)
The Ladder of Divine Ascent, by St. John Climacus
The Screwtape Letters, by C.S. Lewis
Beholding the Glory: The Gospel of John, by Fr. Lawrence Farley

Starting July 11th 2018, we began a new Bible study series on the Epistle of the Holy Apostle Paul to the Romans, using a book entitled:
"The Epistle to the Romans: A Gospel for All" by Fr. Lawrence Farley

Each week we'll celebrate an abbreviated daily Vespers (6:00pm-6:25pm) followed by our Bible Study on the Epistle to the Romans (6:30pm-7:20pm).

Feel free to bring a snack or drinks to share.  Visitors & friends of the parish are welcome too!
The STUDY book is available for purchase through your preferred book store, for example.
